Step 1.  Open Windows Live Mail  >  Click on "Add e-mail account"   Step 2. Enter your e-mail address  > Enter your password > Enter your Name >                Checkmark the "Manually configure server..." > Click [ Next > ]  Step 3.  Enter Incoming Server = mail.riology.net > Enter Outgoing Server = mail.riology.net > Checkmark "My outgoing server requires authentication" >  Click [ Next > ]  Step 4.  Click the [ Finish ] button  Step 5.  Right Click on your e-mail account > Click on "Properties"  Step 6.   Click on the Advanced tab > Checkmark "Leave a copy of messages on server"                  and checkmark "Remove from server" > Click [ OK > ]
